The unique processing method, known as “Honey Aroma”, was developed within the same coastal village in southeastern Taiwan where we produce this tropically sweet black tea. Grown around fields of pineapples and bananas using the Dah Yeh Oolong camellia variety, more common in oolong tea production, this distinctly modern classic is a refreshing as its seaside home.
